Brownies
Ingredients:
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 10 oz butter
- 3 eggs
- 9 oz sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz all purpose flour
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 oz Somebody’s Mother’s Caramel Sauce
Melt butter and chocolate together. Cool. Mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together. Blend in chocolate mixture. Sift the flour and fold in. Pour batter into a prepared 9 X 13 pan. Mix cream cheese and caramel sauce. Pour on top of brownie mixture and swirl with a toothpick to make a decorative pattern. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 48 brownies.
